Huntsville is Our Home

Every truck we wrap rolls on these same streets. We live where we work — and our reputation rides with every project that leaves the shop.

What working with us actually looks like.

Every wrap project is different. Some clients walk in with a clear creative vision and want it brought to life exactly the way they imagined it. Others manage commercial fleets where every vehicle is a moving billboard for the brand — and consistency matters more than anything. We’ve been doing both for years, and we’ll get you moving.

Here are two recent projects that show how we work:

1: Custom Build Vehicle Wrap

Ice Cream on Wheels, a single full-coverage vehicle wrap

2: Fleet Vehicle Wraps

Thompson Roofing & Construction, several full & partial vehicle wraps

When the vision is yours, we bring it to life.

Some of our favorite projects start with a small business owner who walks in with a vision. Maybe a Pinterest board, maybe a sketch on a napkin, maybe just an idea that won’t quit. Our job is to take that vision and turn it into a vehicle that nobody scrolls past.

Ice Cream on Wheels is exactly that kind of project, and this right here was their mood board. The client came to us with their logo and a clear creative direction: a fully wrapped bus, pink ice cream, rainbow drips, sprinkles, full-coverage transformation. What followed was five rounds of proofs and dozens of handwritten annotations — real collaboration, line by line, until every detail was right by the client.

By the time we hit print, the design was theirs down to the last sprinkle. We handled production: full-color print on our HP Latex equipment, premium lamination for durability, and a multi-day install across every panel of the bus.

The result is exactly what the client envisioned. And every time it parks at a park or rolls through a Huntsville neighborhood, it does what wraps are built to do — make one vehicle do the work of a hundred ads.

Working with Allied has been a fantastic experience from start to finish, and your team's creativity, communication, and attention to detail have been outstanding.

fleet program • thompson roofing • Huntsville, AL

When the fleet is your brand, we keep it consistent.

For commercial fleets, every vehicle is a brand touchpoint — and consistency across vehicle wraps is non-negotiable. A wrap that looks slightly different on truck #7 than it does on truck #1 isn’t a wrap program; it’s a problem.

When Thompson Roofing & Construction needed to wrap their trucks for their growing home & commercial roofing business, they had three priorities: brand consistency across every truck, fast turnaround so vehicles weren’t sitting in our bay, and color that would hold up after three Alabama summers.

We built them a standardized wrap template, color-managed the production so panels printed identically across batches, and scheduled installs around their operations so the fleet never went down for long. Years later, the wraps still look like the day they rolled out — and Thompson Roofing & Construction has added several more vehicle wraps to the program.

FAQ.

Pricing depends on vehicle size, coverage (partial vs. full), and design complexity. Most full wraps on standard vehicles run from a few thousand dollars up; fleet work comes with volume pricing. The fastest way to get a real number is to start a quote — it takes about two minutes.

A properly installed wrap on premium cast vinyl typically lasts 5–7 years before noticeable wear. We use HP Latex inks and high-grade lamination, both rated for sustained outdoor durability.

No — when removed properly within the wrap’s expected lifespan, the vinyl comes off cleanly without damaging factory paint. Wraps actually protect the paint underneath from UV exposure and minor abrasions.

From quote to keys-back, most single-vehicle wraps take 2–3 weeks: roughly one week for design, a few days for print and lamination, and 2–3 days for the install itself. Fleet projects scale with volume and timeline.

Either works. Plenty of clients arrive with a clear vision or existing brand assets. Others want us to design from scratch. Our in-house design team handles both.

We use precision software to scale your design to your vehicle’s exact make, model, and year — so logos and text never get distorted by door handles or seams. The technique is called exact vehicle templating.

Yes — fleet work is a significant part of what we do. We offer standardized templates, volume pricing, and scheduling that minimizes downtime. Tell us about your fleet and we’ll put together a program.

Cars, trucks, vans, trailers, buses, box trucks, RVs, food trucks — pretty much anything with panels. If you’re not sure whether your vehicle is a good candidate, ask.
